Mullican Flooring Introduces Latest American-Made Engineered Flooring Collection
JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. — Mullican Flooring, a leading manufacturer of quality hardwood floors, debuted a new engineered collection at The International Surface Event in Las Vegas, held Jan. 19-22 at the
Mandalay Bay Convention Center.
A 1/2-inch-thick engineered product, the Oakmont Collection is the latest addition to Mullican’s roster of Made-in-America products. Offered in a 5-inch width and random lengths up to 6 feet, this collection embraces the classic look of hardwood floors while offering a hand-sculpted surface texture.
“The Oakmont Collection has a softer, more subtle sculpt than our other offerings,” says Brian Greenwell, vice president of sales and marketing for the Johnson City, Tennessee-based company. “In addition, this collection offers very distinctive color selections. When you combine these unique features with the consumer-preferred wider width and 6-foot, random board lengths, Oakmont is a collection that meets a variety of needs ― for designers and homeowners alike.”
Oakmont features nine selections in hickory, maple, oak and walnut. The hickory selections include Granite, Provincial and Stone, while the maple selections offer Autumn and Cappuccino. The collection is rounded out with Ebony and Espresso in oak, along with Colonial and Frost in walnut.
The Oakmont Collection builds on Mullican’s existing line of Made-in-America engineered collections — Lincolnshire, Hillshire, Ponte Vedra, San Marco and Ridgecrest. In addition, the new product offering is protected by Mullican’s exclusive lifetime finish, CLARITAGE Extra by PPG.
